Contract Agreement

This contact is between IAMSAM STUDIO and the customer.

1. Booking Confirmation

Once the customer fills out the Booking Request Form & Contract and deliver to the studio and pay the deposit, the booking will be confirmed and the Booking Confirmation will be sent to the customer.

2. Booking Cancellation

Booking can be canceled at any time and the cancellation policy below will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation after the booking is confirmed, 20% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty.

Any cancellation 1 day prior to the shooting date, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty.

Any cancellation on the shooting date or No Show, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty.

*If the shooting cannot be arranged due to bad weather (the decision by IAM SAM STUDIO), 80% of the total amount will be refunded.

3. Shooting Time

1. If the customer is late at the meeting time: Shooting finishing time will not be delayed. In this case, shooting time will be shorter and the number of retouch photos may less than we agreed.

2. If the studio is late at the meeting time: Shooting time will be guaranteed and the finishing time will be delayed.

4. Delivery Photos

Original & Retouched Digital Images will be sent to you through Google Drive or Dropbox by e-mail 1 month after the shooting date. For retouching, the studio does not retouch any face/body shape of the person but the tone and color correcting and minimal face retouch like removing facial blemishes (spots) will be done.

5. Right of Image

The studio has the right to use images that the studio took for the portfolio for the career proof.

Images also can be used for the marketing uses on the web, for example, IAM SAM STUDIO’s official website, Blog, Instagram, etc.

However, a customer who has the portrait right not to agree to use images for the marketing uses (except the portfolio), the studio will remove all posts on the web immediately (except the portfolio).
