MeetingShooting team will meet you at the hotel lobby and move to the shooting place.

Morning time: 8:30 am | Afternoon time: 3:30 pm

*Starting time can be different than the above according to the hotel you stay and the distance of the shooting place(s). And it can also be changed slightly on the shooting day or one day earlier according to the circumstance such as weather or traffic.

*If the shooting place is inside of the hotel you stay, the starting time can be later than the above.

ShootingEnjoy the photo shooting

Shooting time is just for your reference and it is not fixed. Our service is based on the number of photos.
If our team got enough photos, it will be ended early. If not, it can be delayed.

EndingYou will be arrive at the hotel.

Morning time: 11:30 am ~ 12:30 pm | Afternoon time: 6:30 pm ~ 7:30 pm

*Ending time can be different according to the circumstance. If the shooting place is inside of the hotel you stay, the ending time can be faster than the above.

FAQ

We are a big family, can we book?

Sure, we often receive bookings for 3 generations family. The price is based on 3 persons and from the 4th, an extra amount will be charged per person.

For more than 3 persons, we may add an additional car/van for your family – but only when it is required. And if so, the additional price will be charged. The car/van will pick you up, send you to the shooting area, stand by until the shooting is done, and send you back to the hotel.

Most of the time, we take you to the nearest beach from the hotel you stay (except the Patong Beach and a few more), and many of the hotels in Phuket are beachfront. We will let you know whether you need an additional vehicle for your booking or not.

What is cancellation policy?

Any cancellation after the booking is confirmed, 20% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty.
Any cancellation 1 day prior to the shooting date, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty.
Any cancellation on the shooting date or No Show, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty.

*If the shooting cannot be arranged due to bad weather, 80% of the total amount will be refunded.
